InfoReady Coming Soon to FSU Office of Research

The FSU Office of Research is pleased to announce that, over the course of 2024, we will be unveiling an exciting new software platform, InfoReady. This platform will support Limited Submissions, Council on Research & Creativity (CRC) competitive internal grant funding opportunities, and other internally coordinated funding opportunities. It will also support external honorific and other recognition opportunities for faculty that are limited submissions. InfoReady offers a central web-based solution for streamlining application review and approval processes, designed specifically for the needs of higher education administrators. The Office of Research will spend Spring 2024 building out the platform. 

FSU InfoReady is anticipated to launch in May 2024 for Limited Submissions and August 2024 for CRC competitive internal funding programs.

InfoReady will include features such as:

• Accessible homepage presenting all active internally coordinated funding opportunities
• Convenient calendar highlighting internal deadlines
• Direct integration with Pivot-RP, allowing for easy administrative transfer of funding opportunities and information from the expansive Pivot database to the FSU InfoReady portal
• Step-by-step application process for internal grant competitions
• Online notification of intent (NOI) submission for limited submissions programs
• Streamlined electronic review of NOIs
• Online pre-proposal submission for limited submissions internal competitions
• Streamlined electronic evaluation of pre-proposals
• Up-to-date review and evaluation status made viewable
• Post-award reporting capabilities

For the time being, researchers pursuing limited submissions programs (including honorific awards) should continue to check the homegrown FSU Limited Submissions portal. Similarly, researchers pursuing internal funding programs should continue to check the FSU CRC webpage. The Office of Research will send out an alert when InfoReady has been made live for general use.
