Generation of Extracellular Vesicles from Human Stem Cells in Dynamic Three-dimensional Cultures

A novel stem cell culture method to produce three-dimensional spheroid structures that secrete extracellular vesicles (EVs) with increased yields and cargo capacity. This method unlocks the next-generation of EVs which holds great promise for novel drug delivery methods and cell-free therapeutics.
